“SYDNEY CITY LODGE” – is a fully renovated boutique Terrace Guesthouse with period architectural features and a very high standard of maintenance.

Our Guests comprise international travellers, students, working visa holders, local professionals and interstate visitors. (Unfortunately we regret that our Lodge is unsuitable for children).

Situated within cosmopolitan William & Stanley Sts., East Sydney – Sydney’s original “little Italy”- with a great choice of international cafes for budget light meals and quality restaurants for special celebrations. Sydney’s best & affordable coffee in “alfresco” style from early morning till late!

The Lodge is a 15 minute walk to Sydney’s CBD! A perfect choice for your short stays in Sydney for work, study, moving house, travel, exhibitions or any other reasons.

Close by you can walk to Kings Cross, Potts Point, Oxford St and Surry Hills with their distinct and vibrant entertainment precincts! Oxford Street is also famous for the City’s “Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras” festival each February. Opposite the Lodge is Sydney’s famous “City Gym” which offers casual or long term memberships.

While a 10 minute walk is all it takes to the “Cook & Philip Aquatic Centre” foe a swim! Also nearby is the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sport’s Stadium & Fox Studios.
Other attractions include Royal Randwick Racecourse, Star City Casino, St Vincent’s Hospital, St Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, Botanical Gardens, Art Galleries & Museums, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Sydney’s famous Harbour. There are excellent Bus & Rail Transport links to the City, Beaches and Suburbs. Nearby are Kings Cross, St James and Central Railway Stations. A regular bus service operates from outside the Lodge and taxis are plentiful.

Our lodge is a small up-market boutique Guesthouse with fully furnished quality rooms that include TV, Sink, Fridge, Microwave, Crockery & Cutlery, heating & cooling and room safes. Security consists of individual electronic locks to all accommodation rooms and the main access doors.
